TALK TIME Language PlayGroup is a therapeutic language playgroup for children ages 18 months to 6 years.
The program runs for 6 weeks for 1 hour each week. Talk Time is a parent-child program with the objective of increasing language and social skills to children who have a language delay. It also teaches parents strategies to encourage the use of language in everyday activities. Our program is directed by a Speech Language Pathologist and a Special Education Teacher.
Talk Time follows a specially designed curriculum targeting language and pre-learning skills for children with language delays. It is perfect for children diagnosed with Autism, PDD, Down Syndrome, Developmental Disabilities and/or any other diagnosis that affects the child's language acquisition.
